Cletis Carr

American born singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has been a part of the Big Rock family since establishing himself in the mid-80’s Aussie rock scene as a member of Peter Wells and Lucy DeSoto’s band. His Los Angeles based band, Sneakers, hit the Billboard charts in 1980, and toured with the likes of Tom Petty, John Mellencamp, Joan Jett, and Elvis Costello.

In the 90’s, He became an award-winning producer, with artists such as Russell Morris, and toured as a full-time member of The Big Rock Band. In the 00’s, he teamed up with labelmate Chris Turner to form the Blues Pirates. His ninth solo album, Hard Working People, is due out on Big Rock Records in 2021.
